If you are organized it will pay off!
As we begin the fall sale season it has become more and more clear that if you as breeders are organized and have all the data needed to market your product you will recieve huge benefits. Supplying all performance data, scan data and complete pedigree information to prospective buyers is what we have to do to create a better product for our customers. The cattle selling now that are above breed average in epd traits and that are long bred or sell with their calf at side will bring a premium. Also remember that if you are selling an animal make sure before you put it in a sale that it would be one that you would buy or dont sell it. |
